Witam Przy jakim obciążeniu najlepiej maszerować aby wyszczuplić uda? Dodam że ćwiczę 3 razy w tygodniu po 60 min ok 6,5km/h. Używam funkcji fat burn także obciążenia przez całe 60 min zmieniają się.
